Walker Promoted to Vice President
Dennis Ammann, President and Chief Executive Officer at Peoples Bank, announced today the promotion of Debbie Crofton-Walker to Vice President.
Ms. Crofton-Walker serves as Manager of the bank’s Magee Office. During her 31-year banking career, 22 of which at Peoples Bank, she has served as a Teller, Customer Care Associate, Teller Supervisor, Branch Manager, Loan Officer and more.
She attended McNeese State University and has completed studies at the American Institute of Banking, the Memphis Consumer School of Banking and the USL Banking School.
Ms. Crofton-Walker is active in the Magee Chamber of Commerce and serves as President of the Consortium Board for Breast Cancer Awareness at Magee General Hospital. She also serves as Vice President of Boswell Friends and Family and was a Founder of the Magee Challengers Women Association. Additionally, she has served as an Ambassador for the American Cancer Society, a member at Good Hope M. B. Church, and is active in the Magee Adopt A School program.
Her active participation in these organizations has earned her the Outstanding Young Women of America Award from the Business Women’s Association.
