Smith promoted to Vice President

Dennis Ammann, President and Chief Executive Officer at Peoples Bank, announced that Jason Smith has been promoted to Vice President.

Smith joined Peoples Bank in 2010 as a Poultry Lending officer at the Magee office.  He attended Hinds Community College and completed studies at Mississippi State University. He is a 2017 graduate of the Mississippi Graduate School of Banking and has been a licensed Real Estate Appraiser since 1997.

Smith is active as Vice President of the Simpson County Jr. Livestock Association.

He and his wife, Kim, have two children.
