Seth Assink joins Peoples Bank

Dennis Ammann, President and Chief Executive Officer at Peoples Bank, announced that Seth Assink has joined Peoples Bank as VP/SBA Business Development Officer. He will be tasked to locate small business lending opportunities throughout the bank’s SBA footprint.

Assink brings over 15 years of lending experience with him, most of it being commercial and private banking, specializing in state and federal tax credit profile requirements.

Assink received his undergrad degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and continued to obtain a master’s degree from Alcorn State University. Assink is also a graduate of the Mississippi School of Banking held at the University of Mississippi.

Seth is the father of two sons, Levi (9) and Lane (6).

“We are delighted to have Seth working diligently for us.  Seth brings a wealth of commercial underwriting and business development experience to this role, and I know he will help expand the bank’s SBA lending,” said Ammann.
